Good clinicians, bad administration
They have good dentists and hygienists who do a very thorough job examining and caring for teeth. However, their appointments are set up such that you have to make two separate appointments if you want a routine visit - one for the dentist, and one for the hygienist. The front desk staff do not make this clear when you call them and so if you don't know to ask for both when you call, you have to come back twice.

The automated system to call Penn Dental is terrible. I need to change my appointment time. I can not get to the right option to get to the front desk to tell them I can not make my scheduled appointment.
