Reviews about Pediatric Associates of Wellesley
Won't see our sick baby
this morning we were disappointed to learn that this practice within close proximity to where we are temporarily staying chose not to see our baby. To add insult to injury we had to move our family temporarily to the Medfield area due to this week's storm which left us without power, heat or water in our Fairfield County CT. home. As a result of having no heat, our baby became sick. Of course we are fully insured and this practice falls under our plan, but it certainly did not make a difference to the practice's receptionist this morning when we called and told her our circumstances. We don't understand - where we live is in a state of emergency and we thought there would be some degree of empathy within this practice. I would not recommend to anyone.
