The dumbest junk yard i've ever dealt with, Lori is arrogant, has no idea what she's talking about, but tells you just answer my questions and it will be right...
Well it wasn't, I would have hung up on her but I was having trouble locating this part they were suppose to have but didn't ... Aweek or more of my time wasted and surprise they didn't have it anyway. Had she listened to my concerns this could have been avoided
