Pat's Painting and Surface Care is owned and operated by Patrick and Debbie Wetherbee. Patrick has many years of experience and knowledge in the painting trade most as Pat's Painting and Surface Care. Due to the LEAD LAW and excessive liability place soley on the owner of a painting company we can no longer do any exterior work on any home built before 1978. We also require a minimum of 2 rooms to be painted or at least a $1,000.00 budget due to the size of our company. Thank you for your consideration!
