Very happy

I bought a bike from Patriot Motorsports for Christmass in 2010 . We were very pleased with the customer service we received and they seem to genuinley care about their customers . We have also had repairs done on our other atvs and there turn around time and cost of repairs were very reasonable. We have had only one problem with the bike we purchased from them and it was due to the fact that we let the bike sit for several months before riding it (child brouht home bad grades) . Because it was still under warranty i did know pay a penny even though the need for repairs was our fault. I would highly recommend Patriot Motorsports and will continue to shop with them for any of our motorsports needs.

1 year later and hasn't worked since I bought it

So, I bought my son a 4 wheeler for his 5th birthday "cash" last January 09'. Today is March 10' and he has not riddent his bike more than 8hrs. From day one, it has been taken back, taken back, tacken back........you get the picture. I could have gone to a Honda House dealership but wanted to contribute to a new store in the area. I have had to pay on this thing over and over again. My questions is, "Why am I paying on something that hasn't been ridden". The machine is a lemon. I just asked that it be able to consistently be ridden. Everytime I pick it up and ride it, within 30 minutes it cuts off and won't start again. It's temporarily fixed and then breaks within 30 minutes of riding it again. The machine cost me almost $1k and now I have paid an additiona $250 into something that has no more than 8 hours on it in a year. Someone needs to show some type of ownership and admit it's a lemon. The owners have ridden this thing more than my now 6 year old who has ridden it all of 8 hour

unauthorized repairs

Dont get me wrong, When I met Phil White Jr. he was a kind person who attempted to clear a jet on a carb for my daughters ATV. The acid broke the needle and he gladly replaced it. After working on the bike myself, I called Phil Jr and asked if his mechanic could look at the carburator and possibly adjust it. I specifically asked to not be stuck with a $200 bill and he said, just because its here doesnt mean you are paying for it". Now I have a $200 bill and and an estimate of $800 for a very unexpected bill, since the bike ran fine the day before I brought it to them. I believe the problem was specifically carb related since the motor showed no signs of a broke piston, all of a sudden. Phil Sr eplained a piece from a cross threaded spark plug was the culprit for the broke piston, but the spark plug was never removed several months before his assessment. Phil Jr also took it upon himself to buy a rebuild kit for the carb, just a day after I thoroughly rebuilt the carb the day before

I dont have any cash to give you here at Christmas time, as I didnt plan to spend more than an estimate cost ($65) to have the bike looked at. You want it, I will take a few hundred and its yours

Phil Jr. specifically said that he would have his mechanic look at the bike and contact me before any work was performed. I did not ask for the carb rebuild kit either, I spent 2 days doing it myself

I talked to previous owner and the spark plug was not removed for at least several months before you claim the metal from stripped plug damaged piston, I am not going to doubt her.
