One of the best in Sacramento County
My two daughters and I have tried many bakeries. We look them up and drive where ever to try them out Rocklin, Loomis, Elk Grove, West Sacramento, where ever. So far Pastry Heaven has had the freshest cake and the cookies and pastries were enjoyed by my co workers. I will keep visiting the bakeries as I find them but I recommend this one to any one I know who prefers quality over quanity.
