I Had Purchased A Behringer Pod Cast Studio From Parts Express In Springboro Ohio. Two Months Later I Was In The Middle Of A Recording Session And The USB Interface Fried Out On Me And Put A Stop To My Session Which Was Paying Great Money. I Called Behringer Tech Support And They Said Thay Could Help Me But Not As Fast As I Needed Them To.
They Told Me To Try To Get The Item Replaced By Parts Express And I Thought That Was Going To Be Difficult Being I Had Purchased More Than 30 Days Ago. The Next Business day I Called Parts Express, Found My Reciept And Was In And Out In Five Minutes. The Customer Service Rep Was Great And Gave Me No Problems.
