I have bought many new cars and this is the first time it was actually a pleasure...and it did not take 7 hours!! Kerfe was informative and direct and never pushy. I was impressed that Bob, the sales manager, came in and gave his answers personally to me during the negotiation instead of sending Kerfe back with his answers. Hany was also pleasant, informative, and not pushy. We also met owner Steve who seemed to have plenty of time to talk and told us to come to him personally if we had any problems in the future at the dealership. I felt like a valued customer and you can't put a price tag on that. I will be purchasing my next Cadillac from this dealership.

Our salesman took time to explain and answer questions with a lot of patience, and we didn't feel pressured in any way.

Greeted by Dean, found a vehicle of interest and test drove it. I liked it, so I went thru with the financing and purchase. All people I dealt with were nice and helpful.
