Terrible service. The old man with the beard is rude!

I have shopped at Pappy's for years and have NEVER been disappointed. I enjoy looking at the merchandise and chatting with Pappy. He has been involved with a Christmas charity toy drive for many years and has been dedicated to his community.

I was on vacation and spent some days at Kingsport. I found Pappy's walking around the festivities on July 4th. Pappy went above and beyond on getting me shirts I needed to take back home printed that same day within hours. Can't ask for better service than that! I'm looking forward to visiting again and hear some the good work and road stories from Pappy.
