I just arrived from overseas and was looking for a car. We were suspicious that there had been damage because there was some paint defects on the doorof the mercedes but carfax was negative.These guys lied to our face that there was no problem.A frame damage report mysteriously appeared on carfax after the vehicle was sold!I would buy from this shop only if you feel like donating a large amount of your salary/life savings to thieves. PanAm also sold me a warranty that they said covered almost everything for $2000 extra. Recently serviced the car because power seats stopped working as soon as I drove the car out of the dealership, noise was also coming out of the power steering and transmission. The mechanics found that it needed $4900 worth of repairs! The warranty only covered $300 of the repair, more so the warranty company told us this car has had many previous problems...again note that panam told me there was nothing wrong with the car.
