To Whom It May Concern:\r\n\r\nPlease be very aware that your community is going downhill. There are people there that have no business there. They blast music at 11pm and they curse and carry on. There's trash in the parking areas, guys hanging around drinking, leaving bottles and beer cans around the place. Do you really want your community turning into the projects? You need to require that everyone in your units have a background check and that if they have any records that involves a violent crime or theft, they need to GO. If they are disturbing the peace on a regular basis, they need to be put out. You need to step up to the plate. It's getting ridiculous. There are men in the community that are disrespectful to the single women who live there. I just moved out and I was one of them. I didn't even want to walk out of my house. I had someone jiggle my door handle, and I'm sure it was one of them. I was in bldg H but I was very aware of what was going on and talked to my neighbors frequently. There are honest people living there that are stuck there due to finances, but are clearly uncomfortable and unhappy because of these idiots. There has to be something you can do as the association. If you could post notes on each door, reiterating the 11pm-7am ordinance for Mt. Dora, and that no tenant is to harass any other tenant. Leave people alone, respect your neighbors so we can all live in peace. It's an otherwise nice area, and a few stupid people shouldn't be able to mess it up for the rest of us. We move out to areas like Mt. Dora to get away from that foolishness. Please do SOMETHING. I was able to move but there are many that cannot right now. Please help them because I know how it feels. I've had to call the police about the noise several times. You are the only one that can help.\r\n\r\nErica Jeffers
