Ozark Mobile RV Service

Our airconditioner overheated in the middle of the night. We thought caught on fire. We unplugged the electric cord and use the battery disconnect. We were hunting, so there wasn't an easy place to take our trailer to. We called Ozark RV Service at 2am and left a message. Within just a few minutes, we were called back, and Sheldon was on his way out to us. It took him a while to get out to us, but we were also in middle of the national forest. By breakfast time, Sheldon had removed the airconditiong cover, found a smoldering electrical wire. He took pictures of the damage for us, and was even able to put them on a cd to give to insurance company. He also explained the reason for the airconditioner overheating - turns out that the generator was too small and was overloaded.
