Ozark Flooring

I would not even give this company one star. I purposely went to a local flooring place thinking I would get honest service. Unfortunately I was sold $1700.00 worth of very "cheap" carpet that in lest than 6month started raveling and showing "bald spots". This owners statement was that I bought "cheap" carpet. He tried to appease me by saying that he would contact his dealer to come and take a look so I could file a claim. This never happened of course. Any place that sells such cheap flooring should close their doors since they will not stand behind it.
