Pricey
Had my eye exam and was looking at frames to choose. None of them have price tag on them. Found the ones I wanted, but were too expensive. The person assisting me seemed to know the price of every frame without looking up? Finally gave up and asked for my prescription. Went to Walmart and picked out my frames knowing the price from the clearly marked tags. Probably saved $50-$60 dollars and had a bigger selection to chose from.

Unpleasant experience
My wife took my son in for an eye exam and the Dr. did a great job. When my son went to pick out his frames, the receptionist was pushing several styles in his face and then told my wife, "you can't afford these". We have vision insurance, but could easily afford any frames in their store.
The receiptionist was crude and rude. My wife told her she would not be purchasing frames at her store, but go the Ossip store in Carmel where the selection was much bigger.
Unfortunate that one crase and snotty employee can hurt a stores business. Good optomestrist, stupid receptionist!!
