Ord Market

I made a reservation for a U-Haul truck at Ord market for 9:00am through the U-Haul website. When I arrived to pick up the truck, the owner said they wouldn't be checking in the trucks from the previous day's rentals until 10:00am and wouldn't be checking out trucks until that way complete. I had three movers working for me at $20/hour each. I showed the owner my reservation with U-Haul showing 9:00am and he said he was under no obligation to honor it. On the plus side, I called 1-800-go-uhaul and they moved my reservation over to the Penny Saver Market, where my truck rental was quickly and courteously processed.

The owner seems irritated that he has to do anything for a customer when he is working. He also appears to be courteous only to his female customers. Even then, he's not that courteous. The rest of the staff is decent, even if they do look bored half the time.

This is the place to stop if in the monterey area you have to try the large tri tip Sandwich with homemade BBQ sauce it is worth the stop and the price for only $7.99 for 9 inches of sandwich I will Be Back
