Online Superstore LLP

I purchased 2 invisible fence brand batteries for my dogs collar. This was the only site I was able to find the brand name batteries, other than going to my Invisible Fence dealer. Luckily, I make a habit of testing the collar when I replace the battery. The brand new battery didn't work! I opened the 2nd battery and it failed also. When I called the store, they weren't even surprised-they said they were having problems with the batteries. I guess they didn't consider informing the customers whose DOGS LIVES were at stake!

I sent the batteries back and got a refund-but at my own expense-which was 10% of the purchase price. They refused to refund my shipping. I just count myself lucky that I tested that battery and I still have my best friend.
