Oliver’s Artisan Breads, located in Southern California, is the premier wholesale-only baker of fine European breads. Since 1994, Oliver's has provided natural, fresh-baked breads to the finest restaurants, caterers, food service providers and upscale grocery stores.

Simply put, our breads taste extraordinary and look beautiful. At Oliver’s, we use only the highest-quality ingredients and very rarely use sugars, dairy or fats. Our artisan bakers take pride in hand shaping each loaf with love and care. And just as important, our customers tell us we provide the most reliable, attentive and helpful customers service in our industry.

Our breads are baked daily and delivered fresh, seven days a week in Southern California, or blast frozen for out-of-area distribution.
