My husband and I just moved to Signal Mountain, and we are so thankful that we discovered Val's Pals! Val is so kind and wonderful with our dog! We have utilized her services of home visits and boarding, and we have zero complaints. She plays with our dog, loves on him, and sends us pictures while we are away. Our dog has a history of occasionally having mild anxiety when we board him at vets, but he seems to have so much fun with Val. I don't think he misses us at all when we are away now! Just so lucky to have this service on the mountain. My dog Charlie has Wilson disease [ a copper storage disease in liver ]. He has special medication that needs to be taken on full stomach and also on a empty one. Charlie also has dietary restrictions, cant eat most treats or other dog food. These things are so important to his health that I would not trust with anyone. Valerie put me at ease with all his difficulties. Updated me with his medication and eating habits every other day. Also sent some pictures with status updates and funny stories about him. If you were ever worried about leaving your family pet as you went out of town. That day is thankfully over. ...read more
