Put a deposit down on a car with the agreement that they would fix a few things before I brought the balance.  When I came back on the day they said the car would be done, they tried telling me the broken side light was new and thats how the manufacturer makes it - with a crack.  The only thing they said they would do was detail the car.   After feeling cheated and disrespected, I told thm I wanted my deposit back and didn't want to buy the car.  They said to come back because the owner had to sign the check.  After calling multiple times and being hung up on by Denise, and making multiple visits, we were pretty much blown off and never received the deposit back.  They sold the car and got to keep our money on top of it.No wonder why they are rated F on the Better Business Bureau website and so many complaints have been submitted to the BBB.

I recently purchased a Pre-owned car from them. I saw it listed online and called in. I 1st spoke to Jerry, who had another salesman call me back(quick I may add) I went there the same night and had the smoothest experience one could imagine at a dealership. The negotiation was fair, and I didn't leave there felling like they had "GOT ME" like I have in the past when buying a used car. Seeing 1st hand how this place is run, its no surprise they have been around fo over 50 years, when dealers are closing left and right around Chicagoland.

I recently traded in and bought a car from this business.  They made me wait three weeks for a $7,700 check for my trade-in, and when I finally got it, IT BOUNCED!!!  They originally told me to wait to get the bounced check back and "try" depositing it again - unbelievable.  I had to pull teeth and threaten them with criminal and civil legal action to get a cashier's check so I could pull my bank account back out of the red.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.  Their financial system is terrible, and the owner (who is allegedly the one person who can authorize payments) is never there, doesn't answer the phone, and doesn't return emails (even to his own employees).  Awful experience.
