I contacted The local Clermont store... I was advised that when they do copying they do not OWN the copy machines in the store, they RENT them... So I was quoted for business copies of Color .49 cents per copy for a 1000..

The market calls for about a .30 to .35 lower quote..


My next review is going to be with RIP OFF Report.... Who ever heard of an Office supply store that RENTS their copy machines!!! Insane

I saw a sign stating that I could call the Manager on Duty if I had any problems at the store today, 12/22/08, in Clermont, Florida. Well, as soon as I walked into the store, a young man asked me what I was looking for and told me exactly where to get it. When I got in line at the register, the young lady was servicing another customer. When a 3rd person got in line, she called for another cashier. I told the cashier that I had read the above-mentioned sign and, because I didn't want to bother the manager, I didn't have him paged. I said that I knew that it was for dissatisfied customers, but I wanted to give him/her a change of pace and say how satisfied I was with the service I always receive at this store. So, here's my review! Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent prices. Thank you and a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you at Office Depot.
