The work actually performed was good. Although we paid in full per the agreement, Oasis' (Brad Ivers - owner) didn't finish small window job in the 6 weeks as promised.. and it took nearly 3 months after we had to track him down repeatedly. Failed to remove old windows from the job site as promised multiple times. Failed to install all screens. We had to buy them from manufacturer later.
