Is there a way to give a minus star? After 5 years and many thousands of dollars spent with this establishment, they either sold me a diseased tree or damaged it in planting and refused to honor their warrantee, When they planted the tree, they said the hole was too small and they had to cut the root ball to make it fit the area - thus causing the demise of the tree - not something a knowlegable or reputable establishment would do. I notified them of the tree's condition well within the warrantee period and agreed to work with them to see if the tree could be saved. After 8 months of special feeding, watering, etc. my gardener advised me to have the tree removed as it was diseased and could infect the rest of my palms. When I finally asked the owners to honor their warrantee I was told that they would remove the tree for a fee and put another in it's place - again, not what a merchant of integrity would do. If I had it to do over, I would STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
