O'Brien Swimming Pool Service

We have had nothing but HORRIBLE experiences with this company! They never showed up when they were supposed to come close our pool for the winter, finally showing up several phone calls later and after our filter had been shut off for several weeks. To make matters worse, they lost our nice (and by the way, expensive) pool cover and instead had to close our pool with a thin, plastic cover. Water got in everytime that it rained, and froze over several times during the winter, leaving our pool in dismal shape for reopening this spring. When they came to reopen the pool, they simply took the plastic cover off and left, without speaking to us while they were there. I called and had somebody back out, but they simply showed up and left again without speaking to us (they knew we were at home) and did nothing for a second time. Last spring when they ""opened"" the pool, they left it very dirty! This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had with ANY company! Please heed my advice and do not hire them!
