Terrible Customer Service...High Prices...Go Some place Else!
Charged $80 to Reformat Computer after getting a virus....I told the guy to install the best Virus Protection after reinstalling my windows and files...4 Weeks after getting my computer back I got another virus and carried it back to the guy who was more than happy to want to charge another $80 to wipe my computer clean! He argued with me for 15 minutes how it was my fault that I got the virus, while another customer waited behind me. I called Dell, ordered a Restoration CD for $20 and Reformated the computer myself in an hour. What a rip off...Do not take your computers to this place!
