Norwell Family Medicine

I love the feel at Norwell Family Medicine; it's like a family, and you can really see how all the employees genuinely care for people and are not just trying to rush you in and out; the doctors take time to talk with me and make sure all potential issues are adressed; I feel very safe and at home with this practice.

I went into Norwell Family Medicine today with severe exhaustion and a very bad head ache that I made sure I had been dealing with for 5 days so I was not to be sent home to see if I feel better. From the time I first spoke with someone on the phone they insisted I was having "flu like symptoms". I made an appointment and from the time I went in to see the nurse I felt as if I was being told that I was there because I believed I had Swine Flu which I never stated. I was there for severe exhaustion and a very bad headache however I was treated as if I had the flu. I went in for exhaustion and was told I did not have the flu and sent home. Never once was my original issue addressed. Thought I would let you know that I am very displeased with the service as I was left on numerous occasions for 15-20 minutes at time.
