Your violently rude MARES Shoe repair shop

Rude shoe repair shop:
A short while ago I took a couple pair boots to this shoe repair shop to have my zippers & heals replaced on 4 of 6 expensive Harley D. boots that I own...

The older owner spoke little english, but seemed professionally polite & the prices were comparable to other shoe shops, so I left a deposit & returned on the specified day to pick them up.

Upon retuning the first thing I noticed was my boots were unpolished & more scuffed up than they were originally.., The new heels were installed at an odd angle that made them look partally worn down already & his son who was now assisting me had a very hostile attitude toward me just for my not understanding his Ancestral language...

When I calmly demonstrated the offset angles on the heels & presented two more pair of boots I brought needing similar repairs, he violently grabbed one on my dress boots & pryed the heel completely off muttering somthing between two langueges... He then grabbed one of the my Harley D. boots (that had a slight separation of the sole & needed re gluing) & bare handedly ripped the rubber sole in half completly separating it from the boot, stating it will now cost me almost double to have them properly repaired... I declined his angry offer & was told to leave & never return repeatedly...

After I calmed him down by repeating that he just act (professional) & then mentioned the possible liability involved in the property damage he just did, he then re-grabbed the dress boot & violently hammered the worn heel back on, but so hard the he chipped & shattered it in three places before giving it back, & then stated I'd have to come back (16 miles) for my Harley D. Boot in a few days after he re-attached the front half of the sole that he tore off during his little fit of rage.

When I returned that next saturday to pick it up, he tossed the poorley repaired boot at the counter where I was standing causing me to duck... As I was leaving he would only give me his fathers name, & I then informed him that he was very un professional & I was considering posting the whole negative experience on Yelp...

He just smirked at me & shrugged his shoulders to show his lack of concern as his father just silently watched on... I will never go back to such a place, nor recommend it with his seemingly racest, &/or anti American disposition...

Thank you, kindly,
Mr. L'Shay
