Noonan Appraisal Services

Unfortunately we home owners or home owners-to-be don't have much of a choice anymore on who handles appraisals. The banks are supposed to randomly pick them (for fraud purposes).Noonan did an appraisal on my home for a refi. Turn around was very quick.
