Nissen Automotive

Rob did a great job fixing my Suzuki Aerio (bad MAF sensor). Previously I had taken car to another local shop and they kept it for over two weeks, didn't fix it and still gave me a bill for 5 hours labor. I did a lot of research about my car's problem and repair shops after that experience. You are wasting your time and money if you go anywhere else besides Nissen Automotive. Rob will give you estimate and update you before running up labor cost. He also listened to me and gave alternative options. I have also taken my Suzuki to him for clutch repair too, shifts great now. I can truthfully say compared to any other auto repair shop Nissen Automotive is the most honest and best I have dealt with.

I recently brought a 1967 TBird to Ron with several mechanical issues which I was aware of that needed repair. This car had sat stored in our garage for over 6 years essentially without being run and needed some serious TLC. Ron not only found several other things needing repair (and showed them to me to my satisfaction before proceeding with the repair) but he fixed everything on that car in less than one week and had it running like a top. And he did all that for a very reasonable price! That's what I consider outstanding service for a 43 year old car. He's honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated to doing a good job. My only regret is that I didn't know about him before this year. He's the best auto mechanic in this part of NC as far as I'm concerned.

I brought my car to Nissen Automotive based on a friend's suggestion as well as the internet ad and could not be more pleased. Rob and his wife were so personable and Rob (the owner) is so competent, he knows everything about your car BEFORE you can actually explain it.-I was very impressed with Rob's knowledge as well as his work on the 1998 Saturn vehicle that I brought to him with several problems.I think he's actually a CAR GENIUS.!!
His rates are great and he provides you with so much detail on what he has done- He also provides you with important information on what the car may need in the future.
I actually took my car there because my stick shift was getting hard to shift-any mechanic could have told me I needed a new tranmission which I kinda' expected....But the owner said it just needed lubrication and of course that was 1/12 of the price!! The owner is UPFRONT AND HONEST! You'd be crazy not to drive a few extra miles to see him Nancy McGee Durham,NC
