the guy came out to install both cable and internet he informs me that he cant do the internet Ok that doesnt make sense. I have had problems with the cable box since it was installed I called and they sent someone out who checked the outside line NOT the box like i asked. THE WORSET customer service I have seen truly wish verizon was out here to show them how a true cable company works. NEVER will i do busy with the. I am very pleased with the cable television and cable internet. I have rare outages. The cable phone service is choppy, at best. I will dial a number, it will ring once and then go dead. People who try to call me get some automated service saying I am busy and tell them to leave a message on a voicemail I have never set up and am not aware of.
