My child has been a student of this middle school since 2006. Since there, he has been on the honor roll (three years consecutively) and I have been often told by his teachers that he was a great help to them and a good example for the other students. He has often received the highest grades as well. June 23,2009 was my son's graduation at which to my confusion and surprise he was not acknowledged for his accomplishments. He (and I) had to sit and watch while all his friends and other classmates were honored for theirs. Why? I wanted to express my deep and utter disgust to the party or parties responsible for that. You ought to be encouraging students that demonstrate such qualities not discouraging. You have sent the wrong message to the other children as well. Which leads me to question your intents as well as integrity. You lack conscience. How is my child supposed to feel? That hard work and decency are not good things? Add that to your list of lessons. You should be ashamed.
