I would like to give it a negative 5 stars, but not an option.
I purchased a bag of flour 3 weeks ago. Few days ago I opened it and dumped it in a sealed container like I always do, threw away the bag. A day later went to use it and realized there were tiny little black living bugs all mixed in to the flour, if you did not look carefully you could miss it. Took it back to the store, there was one guy ahead of me, waited my turn, in the meantime, 3 other guys showed up separately. The man at the counter (the owner) proceeded to help all of the men first before asking me if I needed help, though he had acknowledged me when I walked in. I was patient, did not stir up a fuss. Told him my story, he proceeded with saying OK, let me pull up the receipt, then stopped and said oh, if it is not in the original bag, I can not do anything. I did not really care about the 8 bucks I lost, just expected a little better customer service. He said it was my responsibility to go through everything I buy
