From a customer standpoint, I would never consent to services from this practice due to the poor customer service provided when calling to inquire about services. The receptionist (female) that answers the phone for this company has a horrible attitude. When I called to inquire about services, the receptionist was RUDE. I was considering scheduling an appointment for neurology services, but after the rude customer service experience from the receptionist, I rather not. It is a shame that this provider is receiving a negative review based on the performance of a lousy and incompetent receptionist who probably did not even go to college. I am sure that the provider worked hard to get where he or she is today and should be represented well. This provider might want to hire someone that understands customer service as well as the goals that he or she has established for the practice.

Poor customer service can ruin your business even if you are not the culprit.
