Bad Experience with NeoSystems
After using independent consultants, we moved to NeoSystems for more professional and comprehensive services for our accounting needs. We immediately realized our mistake as we never got the customer service, attention to detail or even respect of responsiveness we were looking for and sold on. Poor service coupled with outrageous rates with well overstated hours that were worked on our account led us to leave NeoSystems in just two months. As a result, we would never recommend them to anyone.
