We house brine our pickles, house cut and blanche our fries, house smoke our meats, and house make all of our dressings, soups, & sides. Out sandwiches & burgers are served on breads from local bakery Vitale’s Bakery on the Hill. Our sausages are hand selected from Williams Brothers Meat Market in Washington, MO.
