As a reader of the Natural Awakenings Magazine, as well as it's contributor, I met and spoke with it's editors. I also know personally some of the contributors. It is my opinion that without much pretense it is one of the best publications of it's sort in the Triangle. Without much fanfare as seen frequently in other, more "lucrative" free health magazines - it brings up, time and time again interesting health related articles, and features a respectable number of holistic and other practitioners.
My personal first choice of it's kind.
