We hired Jim Giuffre at National Property Inspections. We couldn't have found a better inspector. He was extremely thorough in inspecting the home we were purchasing. He went on the roof, in the attic and in the crawl space. I loved that he ran all the appliances and checked every window and electrical outlet. The inspection took almost 3 hours. He then went over his findings with me and my husband so we understood. I have called him since the inspection and he has been very helpful to us even after the inspection. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NPI and Jim Giuffre to anyone wanting an inspection.
