I have 20 years of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals, couples, and families. I provide counseling that deals with individual issues of self-esteem, stress and stage of life issues, depression and anxiety. I counsel individuals and couples on relationship strategies, issues of intimacy, conflict resolution, and divorce adjustment. Family counseling services include blended family issues, parent/child counseling, and issues regarding the family life cycle. For those who have an alcohol or drug problem, I have over 20 years in the Addiction Medicine Field. For those who suffer from a long ago Trauma or a recent Trauma, I am an EMDR Certified Clinician.
