Muddy Buddy Dog Salon

I'm so surprised to read the other reviews about service. I would have to say, this is the poorest customer service that I have received in a long time. I came to Muddy Buddy as a result of an Amazon Local Deal. I paid $40 for two Full Service washes. I felt that was a good deal, since I currently pay $35 for full service, so I was willing try out a new place.\t\nFirst, I will admit it...I let my voucher get within a month of the expiration date before calling. But I did call before expiration. It took 2 weeks and 3 calls before I could get an appointment scheduled. Those people never answer the phone. But the first message they left me was that the voucher expiration date had been extended.\t\nSo I finally got my appointment made, and I know that I am only going to be gettting one full service wash, instead of two, but my fault so I'm ok with that.\t\nWhat I didn't appreciate was the fact that when I arrived, (by the way, no getting down on knees to greet my dog and no paperwork either) they started asking me what services I wanted. Did I want her feet trimmed or any other hair, etc. When I explained that I had a full service wash, they told me that was just a bath, and that was it. Each additional service was extra. It would be $10 extra for feet, etc. etc. Well she needed her feet trimmed, so I said yes, I wanted that trimmed up. I asked that since I was only going to be able to use one of my washes, could they just waive the extra fee. Nope.\t\n\t\nSo I paid $50 for less than I usually get for $35. Only her paws were trimmed. Usually my other dog washer, for full service, trims up her little hairs on her calves and evens up her tail and other fur. Just makes her look good and trimmed up. And they put a bandana on her! As a matter of fact, let me take a moment to say, just drive to Mukilteo and go to the Blue Ribbon Salon, next to Azteca. You will in fact have enough money left over to buy yourself lunch at Azteca, and you will have a well groomed dog for your full service fee.
