Came Early
We were also given a date by our apt. managment so as to move items on porches/balconies. They came a day early which might have led to breakage of tenants personal items. Also, spoke only spanish so couldn't talk to them about this.

Oh My
Our condo association told us they would be pressuring washing the building Thu/Fri, they showed up a day early and left a huge mess. Mud everywhere. Much worse then what we started with.
