Morton Plant's radiology department negligently put 8 years' worth of mammography films of my into the US Postal Mail in 2006, instead of allowing the Rose Radiology courier to pick them up as per procedure, when I decided I could not stand to return to Morton Plant another year. These films, critical to my medical history, are lost forever.
Morton Plant's idea of patient education is making sure every surgical patient understands the meaning of "10" on the Pain Scale. I spent 5 days there as an inpatient and met exactly 2 caring staff members.
