Great alternative source

I was turned down by several sources as Supreme Lending, Southwestfunding, Leader one, Bank One, BOA and so on because of bad credit. Mortgages para Hispanos.com came up with a creative scenerio and I was in a house that I wanted. But NOTHING is so great and rosy. Yes, they got me in the house that I wanted back in 2006, but the rate today is killing me. It started out at a 7.00 fixed, and now I am at 12.5% variable. Yes they got me in, but I can not refinance my house because the value of the house has decreased. Furthermore, the bank that finance my house, Option One, is no longer around as well as the title company, Signature Title. And when I ask the owner of Mortgages Para Hispanos.com to help me refinance my house, I get a reply by Daniel Goldberg "that he has no monetary motivation to work for free, and that he no longer is on the loan business until private investment craws back into the mortgage sector". And Benito Portillo, the other owner of the firm, stated to me that " He or Danny are NOT willing to help because government regulations has taken out the benefit to create wealth in creating, correcting, and undoing mortgage loans in the United States and that Mortgages Para Hispanos.com Corporation is no longer in the loan business until the people of the Union votes out the invisible hand of the government from controling the human capital of the private investor". So, I am glad to have my house and the creative work of Mortgage Para Hispanos. com to get me the loan, but I am sad as hell and angry as well that they are NOT willing to help me because they can not make a profit.Hence, it is sad to see, hear, and talk to people to are NOT willing to move an inch if they can not make a Dollar. Shame on them. We are all in the United States in which we all share, consumed, and create the risks and the gains from each other for the benefit of all.Prab Ranga
