We contacted them about a refinance through their website. Shortly
thereafter someone called us, took more info and said he would "call
back tomorrow". More than a month later...no call. I recontacted them
and received an apology in an email and that someone would call the
following Monday. Still waiting....

The one thing that impressed me about this place was their honesty. I remember my first meeting with the staff of this mortgage brokerage and was surprised by their initial response in regards to obtaining a loan for me and my family. The staff told me that there are very few guarantees in life; however, they would make every effort to obtain a loan that would meet my family’s needs. They soon began the process of qualifying us for a loan and it felt as if we were family by the dedicated efforts they were undertaking during this process. We had less than perfect credit, a bankruptcy, yet they worked day-in and day-out to find us a loan. Two weeks after I initially went to see them, they found us a loan that would meet our home needs.

The service with this place is excellent. I was referred by a friend to them and I am glad that I went to see them. The manager wanted to put me at ease, since this was my first purchase, so he personally assisted with my paperwork.
He completed all of the required forms and documentation in about an hour, with an approved loan. AMAZING... I thought for sure that this was going to be a lengthy process, yet he was finished so quickly. I'd recommend this Mortgage Company to anyone. I've actually had two friends get approved through them in the last month.
