Homeowners Insurance

My neighbor has a DEAD tree on his property, a limb fell and hit my son-in-laws car in my driveway. Moon and Adrion says his car insurance should pay for it. REALLY? The neighbors car is not involved! Homeowners ins. should pay for it! This needs to be addressed immediately, but of course it's not. I wonder why through the years why this company has lost business. Don't figure.
