I contacted business to get a price on monogramming and employee was very rude. She had an attitude and rushed me off the phone. This was a business I was going to support because it was close to home but because of the attitude i wil definitely not.

Jan Young is truly an ARTIST at the work she does. Quality work, personalized service. The prices are better than most Monogrammed item's you'll find, and I don't think you could ever find a better 'finished' product. She doesn't stop until the customer is happy, and usually she's willing to stay late to help someone out of a predicament.
