I expected better
I have been a customer since 2013. I sold my house and did not want to continue the service at my new place and notified them as of Dec 26th. Monitronics is still going to bill me for all of January. What sense does that make. All of my payments were electronic so they NEVER had an issue with me, and this is the repayment for being a good customer. Things like this are what give companies a bad reputation. It’s a simple discontinuance that you had prior notice of a week before billing... I will NOT be recommending this business.
