Loved: Rare tuna cubes ($10), grilled bleu cheese sandwich ($5)\t\n\t\nOther dishes ordered: BBQ pork pizza with cole slaw ($7) was surprisingly good, but I probably would try something else next time; Crispy bass with bok choy and sticky rice ($20) was good, but not amazing a little bit of a fishy aftertaste\t\n\t\nWine: Chianti (~$45)\t\n\t\nNotes: I would stick to the small plates great value, get to try a lot of different things. Great loungy atmosphere.\t\n\t\nMy Bill: $57.00 my portion - split equally for 3 small plates, one entree, and bottle of wine.

i ate at the bar on a saturday night. the place was full and the crowd was a nice mix of 25-45 year olds. zero cheese factor. a friendly place and a neighborhood locale. my food was above average as was the service. the hip interior design, big bar, and relatively small size were all appreciated....recommended.....

Ok I just tried Mix yesterday with a group of 5. I just do not understand the hype. This place is nothing to rave about. The ambience and food are mediocre at best. Portions are very small especially and not worth the money. With a party of more than 2, the portions are very difficult to share. Found most of the tapas on the menu to be deep fried which is the only way you can get full from the portion sizes. Even the bathrooms that were mentioned in the other reviews are so passe! Don't waste your time or money ! If you are hungry go somewhere else.
