Mississippi Coast Harley-Davidson

Straight forward service. Friendly staff! One on one attention!!

The service department is full of knowledgeable techs and master techs. Tammy and Jessica were jumping to help us find some great logo items. We got shirts, poker chips, shot glasses playing cards. Charlie in parts loaned us a demo seat and installed it for us to try out on our bike. They sponsored outstanding events for several charities, rides, poker runs, etc. for MDA, C.O.P.S., Firefighters and others. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of picnic tables under shade trees. Nice place to gather for a ride or stop on a long ride. There's a KFC, Sonic, McDonald's and Appleby's adjoining the Dealership property. So we always park in the m/c exclusive parking at the Harley Shop then grab some food and enjoy picnic style under the trees..

This is the first time I have ever gone into a Harley store to make an apparel purchase and saw a poor selection and received poor service. I waited at the counter to make a 1 shirt purchase for roughly 5 minutes with no service. I put the shirt back and walked out. I don't mind waiting if its busy, but there was only one other customer at the counter.
I really wanted to make a tee shirt purchase representing the coast to bring back to Las Vegas. Instead, I went to the Harley store in Slidell, La who had a huge selection of logo shirts and a great sales staff. I purchased 5 shirts from their store.
