Starting small claims suit against Miranda roofing this week. Failure to use owner provided tarps to protect decks: sprayed primer all over bannisters and decks. Installed roofing membrane on top of obviously dry rot-ed and termite damaged roofing. Rain water pools on ...roof at eaves due to irregular membrane application.
