Great Family Owned Business

Knowing this dry cleaners has been in business for over 20 years, they showed me the outstanding customer service I expected, with the utmost courtesy and attention to detail when handling my clothes. Their knowledge and experience over-passed any minor mistakes they may have made occasionally. Not only did they offer me a reasonable refund, when they accidentally ripped my shirt, but they also offered to fix the tear for free. They are much better than any chain based stores that do not give each piece of my clothing the individual attention it deserves. These people know the true meaning of professionalism and good-quality.

Bait, Switch & Destroy - DO NOT USE

These folks took in a very expensive, hand-made garment from me, assured me it would be fine, except that they were worried about the steel boning in the bodice, so I was asked to sign a release 'only because of that, you see'....

The gown came back with the sleeves completely torn down the seams and I was told that it was not their fault because the gown was 'cheap' and 'poorly sewn' with 'weak material.' They refused to compensate me at all for the cost of repair (or even discount the cleaning after ruining the gown so completely) and continued to insist that the gown was 'cheap.'

They are dishonest frauds in the business who will have you sign a general release on under false pretenses, ruin your items and then walk away from the situation scott-free.
