They were not open on the Sunday that we had to put our Golden down and we had to go to another vet in Plainfield. Not only did they completely understand, even though we had been their patient for years, they even sent us a sympathy card.

Minooka Animal hospital is one of the best vet clinics that you will find in Grundy County. I work at the animal hospital as a one of the kennel staff. I have worked with the doctors and know them all very well. i have watched and seen them in surgery and it is just simply amazing at what they can do. they try their hardest to help the sick and injured animals but sometimes no matter how much you want the animal to get better it just doesn't happen. i found that out with two of my cats i had to put down this year, they both were very sick. One had suffered from jaundice and had a inflamatory disease, its liver basically was being eaten out from the inside and my other cat she had a stroke when she was five and was going down hill from there. i chose to put them both to sleep because i couldn't bare to see them that way, i didn't want them to suffer. Doctor Simon and Dr. Tourville, two of the best veterinarians i have ever known where there for me every step of the way. They are amazing veterinarians and are very dedicated to their work.

they made me wait in a room for 25 minutes. and wanted payment immediately i wanted to be billed, that was the first and the last time i ever went to the minooka animal hospital
